Guests at this hotel located in North Lake Tahoe have reported seeing and hearing the apparition of a
young girl with a head injury. Some have also reported the presence of an older man on the property.

The Investigation
The team arrived one evening in April and began its investigation after dividing into two teams with John,
Cheryl, Jill on one team and Charlotte, Jerry, Lorna and Betty on the other.
As per our agreement with the managers, we can not identify the affected rooms but we will provide a brief
synopsis of the occurrences during the investigation.
John's team reported nothing out of the ordinary.
Charlotte's team , while conducting an Electronic Voice Phenomena session in one room experienced cold
spots and chills. Temperature fluctuations were experienced as well. There were no abnormal meter surges in
any of the rooms investigated.
Evidence
Three EVP's were obtained by Charlotte's team. The DVR and video cameras yielded nothing out of the
ordinary. There were no meter surges except where expected around wiring and electrical appliances.
Temperature fluctuations were too small to note.
Conclusion
Although the EVP's were obtained by team members, no other evidence of a haunting was collected.
Therefore California Haunts will need additional investigation at the site to verify the stories of the
apparitions.
