Moss Beach

Distillery
The Blue Lady has been a legend for many years at the Moss Beach Distillery, located in Moss Beach, California.

Some say she was killed by her jealous husband while others say she was hit by car on the road in front of the
restaurant. Whatever the story, employees and patrons of the establishment have for years been reporting
strange occurrences as they worked and
dined. For example, there have been phone calls from no one, levitating checkbooks, rooms looked from the
inside, women diners suddenly missing an earring only to find it later, sightings by children and computer dates
being reset.

Frank’s Place was built and opened in 1927 during the years of prohibition but that didn’t stop rum runners from
utilizing the secluded beach as a drop off point for alcohol headed to San Francisco. In all its history the building
was never raided. It has since  become a mecca for celebrities and regular folk.
Investigation:

The team arrived at about 9 p.m. and, being aware of the special effects used at the restaurant, had
employees turn them and Henry did a check to make sure
they were off.

After dividing into teams, one team headed to the
beach, another outside and the third team
investigated the inside of the building.

Meter readings were consistent with electronics and
wall wiring.

During a channeling session in the dining area at
the south end of the building, Charlotte did notice a
cool breeze that seemed to move between her and
Sabrina.

Investigation completed at midnight.

Sensitives:

Analisa: On the beach, she reported feeling a sharp
pain in her stomach.

Sabrina: On the bluff overlooking the beach, she
reported sensing and argument and someone
possible being pushed of the cliff. She also said she
came in contact with a man who played the piano
during the prohibition period.
In the same inner dining area, ,Sabrina also channeled a woman. In the southern dining area, Sabrina
allegedly spoke with a male spirit who seemed uptight.

activity. The legend lives on.
Evidence: One evp was obtained-oin
the wine storage area . No photographic
evidence as the many windows wreaked
havoc with flashes. The pictures taken
without flash also revealed nothing. We
were unable to correlate what the
sensitives were experiencing. Charlotte did
lose an earlight-maybe the blue lady saw it
as a fancy earring.

Conclusions: Legendary-The stories of
the blue lady are numerous but
unfortunately we could not substantiate
them other than the evps. Sometimes an
active place grows quiet during an
investigation. With the time that we had to
investigate the facility, we are unable to
say whether or not there is paranormal
activity.
