Crystals are a great gift from God and admired all over the world, they never expire and like
diamonds just get more beautiful with age. There is abundant information on the history, properties
and types of crystals that for the sake of this article, I will be hitting the highlights and referring to
some excellent sites found listed below.

The formation of crystals is a very complicated chemical process but the end result is magic. There
are so many types of beautiful crystals that come in all different shapes and colors, which exhibit
well-defined and pleasing geometric shapes. The shape of the crystal is dependent on the types of
molecular bonds between the atoms to determine the structures and is also influenced by the
conditions under which they were formed such as weather.  A crystal is a solid that contain atoms,
molecules and ions that are packed in a regularly ordered repeating pattern.
How the crystal will form depends on the chemistry of the fluid
found within. The process of forming a crystalline structure is
called crystallizations.

Many civilizations have cultivated the mystique and energy
properties of crystals. The Mayans and ancient
civilization in Central America used crystals in
their statues and temples. The Incas also used
crystals as a source of spirituality as both
civilizations were located on earth energy lines
that used crystals along these lines to emit
images; crystal screens transposing images into
pictures. Other cultural use included the
Tibetans who used crystals to produce light.
There is intriguing information on how the
famous lost ciivilization of Atlantis used the
properties of cystals for healing, communication
and as a way to predict weather.
Today, crystals are collected and admired by people compared to civilizations thousands of years
ago. There are many metaphysicians who use natural crystals as an instrument to heal the mind,
body and spirit. Some theorists assert that crystal stones contain a vibration of energy that can be
used for different healing purposes, Examples would include amber, which is traditionally used to
sooth and calm the nerves and that can help negate negative thoughts. Amethyst can be used to
purify, protect and balance during a transitional period. Some crystals have incredible
communication properties such firestone crystals. This large stone contain massive amount of
energy and can transfer the energy compared to crystals being used for huge power generators.

Many other uses of crystals include: healing after childbirth, increasing mental clarity, telekinesis,
weather control, properties used to develop technology in science such as botany and agriculture.
In 1995 amazingly Scientist discovered a giant iron crystal buried deep within the earth at the core
more than 3.000 miles down. This finding explained answers to many bewildering geophysical
questions.
